What Are The Florida Mangroves?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Normally, if you pour salt water on a regular backyard tree, it will wither and die within a few days.<\/span><\/p>\n

The trees that make up a mangrove ecosystem have spent thousands of years adapting<\/strong> to do the exact opposite. They actually thrive in salty, brackish environments where other plants do not stand a chance.<\/span><\/p>\n
